The Head of State asked the Minister of Petroleum and Energy to accelerate the implementation of phase II of the solar street lamp program (concerning 115,000 units), the distribution of which must in particular comply with territorial equity criteria; the consolidation of the performance of the urban solid waste management system: by welcoming the significant efforts made by the State, the agents of the former UCG, the actors and concessionaires of the cleaning to improve the living environment of the populations and the management municipal solid waste. The President of the Republic has asked the Prime Minister and the Minister responsible for Public Hygiene to take all appropriate measures to strengthen the resources and means of intervention of the new National Company for the Integrated Management of Solid Urban Waste ( SONAGED SA) which takes over from UCG.
