The Head of State also invited the Government to ensure the improvement of the living environment on campuses and social stability in public universities; monitoring the preparatory classes for the Grandes Ecoles project: by asking the Minister of Higher Education, Research and Innovation to initiate a national plan for the development of preparatory classes, taking into account the updating of our training programs, the functional installation of high schools of excellence, the rise of our engineering schools and other preparatory class projects supported by the State through a legally controlled public-private partnership framework . Continuing his communication, the President of the Republic magnified the initiative of Senegal which led to the adoption, by acclamation, on Friday May 20 at the Executive Council of UNESCO, of an important resolution on water, entitled " 9th World Water Forum” in Dakar, presented by the Permanent Delegation of Senegal to UNESCO. The Head of State hailed this major diplomatic success, which confirms Senegal's leadership on issues aimed at guaranteeing access to water and sanitation for all and ensuring sustainable management of water resources (SDGs 6). In terms of cooperation and partnerships, the President of the Republic welcomed the visit of Princess Astrid, leading a very large delegation of Belgian entrepreneurs on an economic mission to Senegal. WITH RESPECT TO INDIVIDUAL MEASURES The President of the Republic has taken the following decisions: Mr. Mouhamed Mahmoud DIOP, Principal Civil Administrator of exceptional class, previously Secretary General of the Ministry of the Civil Service and the Renewal of the Public Service, is appointed Secretary General of the Ministry of Public Service and Public Sector Transformation. Mr. Amath SALL, computer engineer, has been appointed Director of Information Systems at the Ministry of Civil Service and Public Sector Transformation, vacant post. Mr. Ibrahima WANE, Financial Expert, previously Financial Technical Advisor to the Ministry of Mines and Geology, has been appointed Technical Secretary in charge of Mines of the National Committee for Monitoring Local Content.
